National Grid Consultation Launch: Chesterfield to Willington Project (Stage 2)
National Grid has launched its Stage 2 consultation on proposals for a new 400 kV electricity transmission line between Chesterfield and Willington, forming part of The Great Grid Upgrade. The consultation runs from 3 March to 28 April 2026, and residents are encouraged to review the updated plans and submit their feedback.
