Burnaston Parish Council Response to EIA Scoping Opinion (Land South of Mickleover)

Burnaston Parish Council has submitted a formal response to South Derbyshire District Council regarding the EIA Scoping Opinion Document for the proposed residential-led development on land south of Mickleover.

This submission is focused on the scope, content, and adequacy of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process, and reflects the Parish Council’s expectation that statutory consultee comments and locally expressed concerns are properly addressed within the EIA before any future planning application is submitted.
