Important Update: Changes to District Council Planning Committee

South Derbyshire District Council has made changes to the governance structure of its committees. The Planning Committee has now been replaced by the Development Management Committee.

These changes affect how planning applications are reviewed. If you would like a planning application to be considered by the new Development Management Committee, you must submit a request to one of our District Councillors. This is known as a “call-in” request, and must be made before the application is determined.
