Burnaston Parish Call for Site - Notice for Land Owners
Before the Parish Council decides, it is contacting all landowners in the Parish with land close to the built-up area to invite expressions of interest for small-scale and well-designed development which is in keeping with the character of Burnaston Parish. Parking Issues in Our Parish
Parking can be a frequent source of frustration in any community, and it’s often not clear who is responsible for dealing with different types of parking problems.
Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) have now replaced traditional traffic wardens and are responsible for enforcing a wide range of on-street and car park regulations.


Dealing with Disputes Between Neighbours
It’s important to know that the Parish Council cannot intervene in disputes between neighbours — particularly when these occur on private land. However, there are places you can turn to for advice and support.
